The advance payment and accommodation can be paid in cash or to the owner's bank account. The advance payment for the reserved period is 30% of the total amount, and the payment of this amount confirms the accommodation reservation. The rest of the total amount is paid immediately upon entering the accommodation unit. The use of the shared washing machine is charged 5 Euros per wash. The apartment should be in the same functional and clean condition upon departure as when it was taken over, otherwise a cleaning fee of 50 Euros will be charged. Pets are allowed upon request.
